Service Description

Together, we will create an intentional and customized strategy for Inclusion through education and empowerment. We integrate inclusive culture and its responsibility throughout your organization via an action-based approach that assesses and addresses systemic and interpersonal barriers. There are 4 stages to your DEIB Strategic Planning process: 1. DISCOVERY PROCESS During this stage, we will learn more about the issues and possibilities that have been raised. Our team gathers a variety of subjective and objective to verify the origin of any issues or potentials. 2. ASSESSMENT PROCESS At this stage, we are able to collaborate with internal entities to interpret the data collected. Common actions during this stage include: • Group feedback facilitation and priority-setting discussions • Analysis of the long-term and short-term strategic consequences 3. CREATE/ADAPT THE VISION AND THE STRATEGY We collaborate to agree on expectations and outcomes, create a plan of action, and delegate oversight roles to your key team members. 4. EXECUTIVE COACHING AND EVALUATION During this final stage, two very important shifts occur: • We analyze the most impactful learning and opportunities that should be incorporated into your organization's long-term planning and culture • We provided your organization’s leaders and decision-makers on how to help sustain the changes that are in motion. Our commitment to your organizational success will last between six(6) to twenty-four(24) months, with the hope that the relationship will continue beyond that. To ensure that all levels of leadership can move forward with confidence and competence, we continually stay connected to ensure the successful integration of the new strategies and deliverables.
