Foluke Houston-Gaddis is a global keynote speaker, award-winning community leader, Certified Diversity Professional and HR expert who values service and excellence. As a global talent leader, Foluke brings unique perspectives gained from her experience working within Fortune 300 and Fortune 100 private sector organizations, local and federal government agencies, and community groups within the HR space, empowering others to unleash their untapped potential. Using real-world examples, Foluke’s personal and professional mission is to positively impact others through her gifts.
Foluke has earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Professional Recruiter and a Certified Mediator, with over 17 years of experience within Human Resources, including key roles within the Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Employee & Labor Relations spaces.

Foluke's community leadership footprint has allowed her to operate in her purpose as a servant leader, serving on several Boards, and as an alumnus of Leadership Memphis.

Earning several community and business awards, including being named a Memphis SuperWoman in Business by the Memphis Business Journal, 2020 Memphis Top 40 Under 40 Honoree, the 2020 Tennessee Human Resource Professional Excellence Award, and most recently named a 2023 AutoSuccess Women and the Wheel Honoree, Foluke knows that excellence is a journey, not simply a destination.
